It can hold dry snack on the go, butter, fruit, leftovers at home, deli from the store, soaps to go away for a holiday. Large size can be fit in the Bento Ninja Lunchbox System DEEP in the bottom tier. Midi size can be fit in the Bento Ninja Lunchbox System DEEP in the top and bottom and top tier of the STANDARD depth.

Bought it because some reviews stated that was good for sandwiches, I was soooo wrong, cannot fit a sandwich, not even the gluten free that is much smaller than other breads ( I should have measured the bread before buying) BUT is a good box for other things, definitely better than buying cheap plastic containers
