PLEASE NOTE: Some new shipment bottles have a smaller horizontal logo at the bottom of the bottle(see the first black bottle photo) not the round bigger logo. Double-wall vacuum insulated stainless steel water bottle/coffee cup with leak-resistant lids keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours

You can choose either straw lid for little ones and flip(coffee) lid for hot drinks.

*Wide neck staw lid is leak proof, easy to drink, easy to clean and you can open with ONE hand. It has a soft spout straw, it can be used with young children, however it is easily chewed down if they are biters. Please talk to your little ones not to chew. Bento Ninja is not responsible for any damage caused by chewing/biting.
* Flip/coffee lid is leak-resistant. Follow the instruction below, then should not leak. *To use as a leak-resistant cup with the flip lid, please pour hot drinks below the neck of the cup, and close the lid very tight. *Handwash only for the bottle. Lids are dishwasher safe on the top rack.
* We do not offer replacements or refunds for any cosmetic damage after use. Ie; if you drop the bottle and broke the lid, paint peeling off, dented the bottle, or any leak after using for a while. We're also not responsible for chewed up or torn straw lids. *Spout lid has a little silicone ring under the cap. We recommend to wash it regularly. It can come off while using or washing. Please be careful not to lose the ring. We sell replacement rings if needed and we do not send replacements for free once it's been used.
We offer return/exchange/refund on factory defects only.
*Bubble tea straw is not included. Just idea to show with it for takeaway drinks

My first mug was doing fine for several years before I left it on a bus - no one handed it in, probably because they could see how good it is. After waiting a few weeks for that call-back, it was great to be able to buy a whole new one... which I had better not lose any time soon.

10/10, highly recommend, would buy again because I already did :) This is my second, go-to travel mug... which goes with all the other bottles, lunchboxes, pegs etc that we've bought from this site in the last few years! My first mug was doing fine for several years before I left it on a bus - no one handed it in, probably because they could see how good it is. After waiting a few weeks for that call-back, it was great to be able to buy a whole new one... which I had better not lose any time soon.

Got the kids the silicone bottle boots as after 3 years their Bento bottles were getting pretty dented on the bottom. The boot will make them last so much longer and the best thing is, no more annoying clanging sounds when they put the bottles down on the bench. Also helps the bottles stay on the bench and not get knocked onto the floor.
Would def recommend purchasing boots when you buy a bottle. Or perhaps the bottles come with a boot as standard?
I have been so frustrated with plastic and wooden pegs constantly breaking. I love these Forever Pegs and they come in great colours with a nice bag so make great gifts for greenie friends :)
