This peg hanger is rust-proof, designed to be able to use outdoors & indoors.
You could keep it outdoors if not close to oceans or high in sulphur regions. Bento Ninja still recommends it to be kept when not in use.
Recommend to wash every now and then to remove any built-up dust, dirt and bird droppings. It might show some signs of surface tarnish on welding or bent parts of the hanger. These are generally caused by the welding heat and cross-contamination with other metals. Not to confused with stainless steel corrosions (they should not corrode further)
Bento Ninja is not responsible for the damage from impact(by falls, winds etc), general use, and tarnish when it’s kept outside permanently.

I hang all the smalls on it then securely attach it to the clothesline knowing it cannot fall off in the wind. Then at the end of the day or if it rains (and I’m home to catch it) I can just unhook it and bring all those smalls inside in one go - super easy! In a house of boys the docks can be time consuming! Problem solved 👌

Love this spork but I wish it fit in the box straight across - it has to go diagonally which is tricky with food in the box. I would be keen to buy a holder for it with an elastic strap that went around the lunchbox.
Wanting to move away from plastic i was particukarky looking for a steel lunchbox. I chose this one as it was the largest i could find on the market. It is great quality, sturdy and goes through the dishwasher well. It arrived with some extra peices that i was not expecting, which was a nice surprise. My only comment about these extras was that all these items contained plastic/silicon in some form (either as a moulded leaf/star plastic/silicon cup or the pots with plastic/silicon lid) which will be challenging to recycle when needed. Would be great to see those little pots with steel lids. Instead This item arrived quickly after dispatch and was well packaged in fully recyclable packaging. My son has been using this as a school lunch box for 2 weeks now and his feedback is good. Would highly recommend!!
This is our 5th purchase of this lunchbox for our youngest family member. The oldest lunchbox is probably 7 years old and honestly still looks new and gets used all the time. Definitely a purchase once and use for life 🙌🙌🙌
